The sporty-looking Calibre de Cartier watch was launched in 2010 to great critical acclaim. Now, for 2013, Cartier has equipped it with a brand new manufacture chronograph movement - the calibre 1904-CH MC. The collection will consist of eight models on leather straps and metal bracelets, ranging from an all-steel version to one that is gem-set white gold.
The 1904-CH MC is a column wheel chronograph equipped with a vertical coupling that allows the jumps of the seconds hand to be eliminated during the start and stop phases, as well as a linear return-to-zero hammer guaranteeing the instant return of all the chronograph hands when the push-piece is depressed.
